Non-smoking room but smoke seeping from neighboring unit!!! Locked out for five hours with no on-site assistance available!!! A more efficient key management system at check-in would help avoid future inconveniences!!!

intown suites was quite the experience, I was shocked when my non-smoking room reeked of smoke from the next door, how charming. not to mention being left locked out for hours with zero on-site help, absolutely stellar service. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade or even a complimentary item, but alas, that was too much to ask. almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

I had a cozy stay with a comfy bed, bathroom essentials included, but the couch felt dated compared to the room photos. I'd definitely return!

Perfect for couples looking for comfort
The kitchenette was a godsend for late-night snacks and quick meals, making it feel like home. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere after long beach walks, it really set the mood.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still reasonable for what we got.

Cozy vibes and good location
I stayed for 8 nights in a Superior Studio, and it had a nice, warm feel. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick meals. The location's super close to the beach, which made my mornings awesome! One thing, though, the Wi-Fi could be a lil' spotty sometimes, but it didn't ruin my time at all.

The Superior Studio had a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home, with a well-equipped kitchenette perfect for quick meals. I really appreciated how clean and well-kept the studio felt every day, creating a great space to unwind after long beach walks.
Unfortunately, my non-smoking room was plagued by smoke seeping from the neighboring unit, which diminished the experience. There were times when I faced delays getting help when locked out. the office closed early, leaving no on-site assistance for hours. The Wi-Fi was also hit or miss, which could be frustrating if you need to stay connected during your stay.

Grabbed some killer fries at Texas Roadhouse, and the cozy vibe of my Superior Studio wrapped around me like a warm blanket after beach walks. Loved how clean everything felt, making it easy to kick back and chill!
Was locked out for way too long when checking in, which was a hassle.

The Superior Studio was cozy and had a good vibe. It felt really clean and well-kept, which was awesome. I noticed it had decent amenities too, like a working kitchenette. However, nothing major stood out as negative, so all in all, a decent experience for my solo trip.
